EZConn Tri-Directional Optical Sub-Assemblies (TRI-DI) are the RoHS compliant, which are designed for tri-directional FTTx applications. Standard device consists of three main sub-units; a LD for transmitting optical signal, an APD-TIA for the reception of digital downstream signal, and an analog detector for receiving analog signal. Customized requirements, for example: three ports are all transmitter (TTT), two ports transmitter and one port receiver (TTR) are also available. These TRI-DIs operate under the industrial temperature range and also meets the requirement specified in ITU-T G984.5 standard.
