EZConn Receiver Optical Sub-Assemblies (ROSAs) are compliant to the RoHS. High quality PD or APD is used for receiving the digital/analog optical signals with data rate from 1.25Gbps to 10Gbps. Trans-impedance amplifier (TIA) as an option for matching the application requirements. These ROSAs are designed for CFP, SFP, SFP+, XFP and other transceiver modules or line cards in Access, Metro and LAN/Datacenter , CATV, and others relative applications.
