EZConn CSFP Bi-Directional Optical Sub-Assemblies (CSFP BOSAs) are the RoHS compliant, which are designed for bi-directional optical fiber network applications. A CSFP form-factor can accommodate two CSFP BOSAs using a standard TO-56 LD. The device consists of two main sub-units; a LD for transmitting 1.25/2.5 Gbps signal and a photo-diode (APD-TIA/PIN-TIA) for the receiving 1.25/2.5 Gbps downstream signal. It operates under the industrial temperature range.
